Who wore it better? Eric Nam or Mir

Yay my second 'Who wore it better?' post already! The two contestants have an equal advantage here in terms of photo quality since these are both promotional photos. Is it just me or don't you ever vote for someone simply because you can see their high quality photo better than a lower quality one?  

Eric Nam on the left is promoting his single album "Ooh Ooh" and Mir is promoting his group MBLAQ's 6th mini album "Broken". The worst part is that I have no idea what brand or what the blazer they're wearing is called and that bothers me. If you happen to know, please let me know and I'll credit you!
