Wendy at SMTown 2014
Found this while at H&M the other day and wondered why it's so familiar. Turns out Wendy from the rookie group Red Velvet wore it at SMTown's Shanghai stop. The blouse is simply called Blouse with Bow, which you can buy here.
It's nice to feature affordable items on this site once in a while ^^".
