Damn SM really are going in for the Ralph Lauren with Red Velvet~ I chose to ID this outfit, because the kilt is so adorable. I remember having to wear my ugly school kilt during the winter, wish it looked as cute as this one though :P

She (or he) said they are customized and sold at SMTown's merchandise shop SUM.
If you can't make the trip to Korea and visit SUM to get a super authentic one, you can always do-it-yourself by buying a pastel-colored sweatshirt and military patches, and then sewing the patches onto the sweatshirt.

I tried to find the cute sweaters and sweatshirts Red Velvet wore but it's been pretty difficult. I think at least one piece is vintage, so it would be pretty hard to find a stock photo of a one-of-a-kind piece. From Red Velvet's "Ice Cream Cake" MV, these are all I managed to find so far, sorry to disappoint :(

Found this while at H&M the other day and wondered why it's so familiar. Turns out Wendy from the rookie group Red Velvet wore it at SMTown's Shanghai stop. The blouse is simply called Blouse with Bow, which you can buy here.
